Why would any PSU alumni/fan stay there? The guy ran the Rutgers board and allowed the filth to be spewed and now he's in charge at the PSU site he's still over there and participating? He clearly hates Penn State.
That was my feeling from the beginning. I'm done with that board.
They like the cesspoo-, er, Test Board. Some only post on it, which is ridiculous, as the internet has a plethora of similar cesspools to choose from. What is surprising is that some apparently even post on it during a PSU game.
After 20+ years, the only thing I really miss about the old board is some posters and the sig pics. They/those were fun. I pop in every now and then, but it just seems so different. To me the change in leadership is very apparent, and not in a good way.
Yeah but Butgers give is the N.Y. Market - that garbage program and fan base should have been allowed to wither and die which is what they were doing before that idiot Delaney threw them a lifeline.
I went where Tom went, don't like their antics over there. We need a little more football talk here but it'll grow.
Several posters asked him about allowing that vile stuff on the Rutgers board (that he also runs) while pretending to be all rah rah for PSU when he took over the site. He answered lots of posts when he took over……but was noticeably quiet on that question. He just ignored it. Yep, I want his investment in a PSU board to be less than profitable. I'm hoping that those that stayed behind will see this thread here and make the right decision.

Most posters agree that the Iowa and Pitt trolls are a dimwitted lot, and really over the boundaries uncouth wise. It seems like they couldn't find new mods or were just lazy in doing so. Obviously the new guy doesn't have a real interest in Penn State and likely took over just for the paycheck. Hopefully for them he's temporary until they find someone who has a some knowledge of the subject.
I cancelled my subscription yesterday. Go to the bottom of the page and click on "contact us." Then under "subscription questions" follow the instructions. You end up in a chat with customer service to request to cancel.
I still go to the wrestling board at the old site, as many of the good posters are still there, but am done with the rest of it.

I was banned from the Rutgers site twice because I had the b&$)s to call them out regarding threads that had absolutely nothing to do with football and everything to do with hate and stupidity. In retrospect it was the best thing that ever happened to me, I like the people here and I like posting here much better.

I just got back from looking at properties in St. Augustine Florida. Morning temperatures averaged 55° and mid-day temperatures were around 70°. I couldn’t make a decision because I still have 1yr, 3wks and 1 day until retirement.
