Said to heck with it about 12:30 today then sat down and decided to turn it on since there was nothing else on and saw the last 10 minutes of Oakland. Guess I will watch some more after all.

Sudden death tournaments are captivating, no question about it. College football is about to understand that even moreso.

This is one thing travel sports got right, inasmuch as profit and money goes....they introduced the weekend tournament format. Every weekend is high level entertainment for the parents. Especially for the boring sports like baseball and soccer.

It’s perfect. You get Cinderella stories. Big market teams, small market teams. Anyone can beat anyone. It’s enough TV inventory to constantly keep you engaged. You get a ton of fan interactions between brackets and gambling.

It’s great.
