Never heard of it. Without clicking the link or looking it up, I'd guess Acrisure is some sort of deodorant.

EDIT: So I clicked the lick and discovered it's an insurance company. I should have known. Banks and insurance companies have all kinds of money to blow on stadium sponsorships.

I wonder if the seat colors will change now, based on the P&L of the Insurance company. Black? Red?

So what will the nickname be? Not the Big Ketchup Bottle anymore, right?

The Big Deductible?

This could really hurt pitt’s recruiting.
Hard to believe pitt's recruiting could get any worse. Take a look at their 2023 class. No four star recruits. All less than 4 star. No sane recruit would go to pitt and play in front of a handful of people, rarely on TV, local radio that extends just a few miles in Western Pa., a cupcake schedule with no national exposure, no campus at all - just a slum within a crime ridden city, filthy living conditions, a rented stadium miles from campus, etc., etc.

Being in the acc is doing pitt no favors either, and it isn’t like pitt is going to jump to the b1g or sec.

Yep, when the ACC dissolves after Clemson, Florida State, and Miami leave, the pitters will be begging to join the MAC.

If you think its bad now.....try recruiting 4 stars with the new conference alignments.

In 5 years pitt will be playing in the Eastern Division of the MAC along with comparable schools Kent State, Akron, and Bowling Green. pitt will be lucky to get 3-star recruits let alone 4-star recruits. Just like the rest of the MAC, pitt will be begging the 2-star leftovers to come play at their rented Acrisure Field.

As long as we play pitt every year, it’s fine.

Too bad Pitt didn't buy the naming rights. Imagine the possibilities.
