He shot some barb at UF fans on Tuesday and is now being roasted by the fan base. This is the writing on the wall. Once things turn this toxic with the fan base, it’s rarely salvageable.

They don't care because they have so much money, and they'll get another job somewhere either on a sideline or on TV. If we can Beams this year, we'll have paid him $18MM plus we would owe the buyout. What does he care?

Tanner is so bad.

Dabo may be headed down the same road. His decision to not take calls is a first step in alienating their fan base. Clemson has always prided itself as being "family". Now, Dabo has decided he doesn't want to talk to the family.

Unfortunately for UF, their fans biggest focus is on beating Georgia and Kirby hates UF with a passion. It is actually personal for Kirby when it comes to beating UF. He remembers his playing days and how UF always won and Spurrier's UF teams were not noted for their sportsmanship, especially when they won. In college football today, being the team Georgia has a grudge against isn't a great place to be.

Napier was already on a white hot seat before Miami came into the swamp and prison raped the gators. He will have to turn the gators into a winning machine to keep his job. If Georgia beats UF as bad as Miami did, Napier probably gets fired after the game.

Napier, who beat us twice, knows he is done.
Maybe we can beat Fla this year and get yet another UF HC fired! 😄 (Edited to note that my stupid self didn't even realize/remember that we don't play them this yr!)

FWIW, Urban recently made comments about Napier’s situation and said while Florida is a prime job, he basically made Gainesville sound like a horrific place to live if you were not winning big.

I suspect that would be true in any university city where the football expectations are high.

To some degree, possibly, but I think Florida fans are a special breed in this respect.
There are probably 25 places to which this mindset would certainly apply. Obviously, they are one of them.

Follow the money. There ain’t enough screwdrivers being ordered to cover his bailout.

Oh dang.... I'm still not used to the whole add Tx & Ok and screw up everybody's schedule thing! 😄
Yeah. Stupid really. No UGA or TN either... add LSU, Bama, OU. Silly from a geo perspective.

Florida ran off a guy who went 34-15 and replaced him with a guy who has went 11-15. They deserve everything coming their way. If Beamer was 34-15 he'd be making 10 million per here.
