I don't believe in conspiracy theories, but the NFL sure will be happy to have a team in New York tied with Buffalo at three and three.

To be quite honest, I think they're calling way too many fouls in the NFL to begin with. Has anybody looked at the amount of penalties called in games these days? They've got to have at least 100 yards on each team at the end of the game.
ETA—What do you know? Another personal foul on Buffalo. This one was when the lights were out, and they were changing sides for the fourth quarter.

This game is wild. Lots of doinks weird penalties.

As of right now, they have 19 penalties between the two teams.
They have spent more time in a referee discussion than playing ball.

Twenty-two penalties for over 100 yards on both teams. It was officially the most penalized game of the season so far.
99% chance there is some CTE going on there.
