Fall is my favorite season, but after 8 months or so of winter, I'm ready for summer. It's been a pretty cold and rainy May here in Montana (we had a rain/snow mix almost all day on Sunday), so I'm hoping June actually looks like summer.

Summer, Spring & Fall. Don't mind the cold of Winter. However, the dead environment and lack of UV light takes its toll. Spend Winters in FL to create another Spring/Fall.

For those who don't tolerate heat/humidity, it could be too much indoor living. Try spending more time outdoors to let your thyroid get out of 72 degree mode. Our bodies are built to deal with temperature ranging. It's actually good for us. Sometimes you just have to push through some uncomfort to get there.

Born in Florida, raised in Greenville, I now live in Virginia and I despise the cold. Anything under 70 and I'm cold. I have to wear a hat in the house because my wife likes it cool.
I'd rather it be 100 than 40!

Worked outdoors much of my life. The older I got, the more toll heat and cold took on my body. You must not be old enough yet

1. Fall
2. Spring
3. Winter
4. Summer

I do not do well with the heat. It’s strange because of all my years playing and coaching football. Man I don’t know how I made it through all those two a days.
We don’t realize how much energy and stamina we had in our youth. As the years go by, the reality starts hitting us in the face

I’m spending some time in Myrtle Beach this week. I’m inside sitting in a/c with my fans on catching up on Netflix. While looking outside and seeing hundreds of people on the beach trying to get skin cancer.

I typically walk out and jump in the water for a minute between 6 and 7 as it’s cooling down and less crowded.

I’m speechless. I quit shortly after beginning because of neck issues. Have several friends who have played fifty years and none can claim that
I witnessed one at Chester Golf Club this past Wednesday. One of my friends recorded his second at the par-three eighth hole, the site of one of mine several years back. I also had an ace on the second hole over there more than 20 years ago.

Back in the mid-sixties all the coaches believed in the Bear Bryant philosophy of practices. I too am amazed I survived the brutal two-a-days back then. It’s a wonder more kids didn’t suffer lasting heat-related issues. Must have been the hundreds of salt tables we took before and after practices. 🥴

I can say I’ve made a conscious effort to enjoy all the seasons equally - even having a favorite seasonal drink in each (and that helps a lot). In doing that I feel that I’ve pulled winter and summer up to Fall’s level in a three way tie for first (Fall being my traditional favorite). But f-ing spring - it’s so nice temperature wise, but the pollen on my porch and cars and my allergies make it a nightmare every year.

My favorite seasons are: 1. Winter 2. Autumn 3. Winter 4. Autumn. Yep, there's no mistake here. I detest the Spring because I have seasonal allergies. Next, I despise the Summer because of the intolerable heat and humidity. In case you are wondering, I am seriously considering moving to the mountain west states.

That just doesn't seem possible to me. No wonder Montana only has two people per sq. mile.

I'm the same way. Like to set my thermo on 85 but family is a bunch of hot heads so have to lower it. Have always been cold natured and hate guys that run around in tshirts and shorts when temp is 45F.
BTW, was born in Danville and if I remember correctly in my childhood we had a 2 ft snowstorm once.

Just be sure to tell all your friends that Montana is not suitable for civilized people. Spread the word.
