I'm sick already of hearing Rory cry about LIV, Koepke had the best response, stop talking about it, it's Open week baby..
I'm gonna go with Xander Schaufelle. He's played in 5 US Opens and has never finished out of the top ten, with 3 top fives. To quote Jim Morrison "time to break on through to the other side."
Just deflecting from his departure announcement on Monday.
I went through a similar stretch last week as Scottie it was good to see him pull himself out of that shaky no confidence stretch. As bad as that was he has a good chance today.
I still think that Zalatoris is ready
NBC's coverage has been embarrassing. Endless commercials and shoving Tirico and Justin Leonard down our throats every hour with mindless commentary. Yesterday they showed the wealthy skating on the pond at the Country Club during the winter? Really?
The worse was updating Scottie's score today before he hit the putt on 4...really? Show us the golf...it's not that difficult!

Fitzpatrick's bunker shot on 18 was unreal...congrats to him, he earned the win.
It was bad but then the last hour commercial free. Ok I’ll take it. Great drama last 5 holes with last 6 groups.
It really was a great major championship. Those at the top all had good chances to win and the winner had two magnificent irons that secured the victory (15 and 18th holes). Zalatoris needs to be able to find the fairway more often and he'll win soon - maybe even next month at St. Andrews.
Scheffler has to be kicking himself in he b***s. He played the shortest hole on the course at +3 on Saturday and Sunday. Heck most guys were throwing darts at the pin on Sunday. Having said all of that Fitzpatrick went out and earned it. Played a great round yesterday.
He had a chance last 3 holes but left two putts short. Surprised he played a break outside the edge of the cup unless he pulled it last hole.
Was there Saturday and Sunday, and he seemed the most consistently in control when I saw him. Surprised on the poor holes
