Smiles and hugs for winning a championship? What happened to dog piles, falling all over themselves, tears of joy, and bedlam?

Tonight was like uh, congratulations, and then calmly walk off the court like its been another day at the office. You could say its because they are professionals. I think there's just no passion in the game.

You don't have to dog pile to show emotion. I saw veteran guys who looked like the weight of the world was finally off their shoulders.

That's right. That's how a veteran team reacts. They all deserve the title.

It didn't seem so exciting tonight but I know it's becauseI spent all my emotions on the bulldogs today.

Having the fans support probably would make things seem more emotional than what it was.

The mavs got it done, both defensively and offensively. They are a veteran team and they know how to "act like they've been there before" (unlike kobe and pals who jump over everyone and go crowdsurfing and stuff). I appreciated the way they celebrated.

Most of 'em are old.

I'm a long time fan - was here when half the media ridiculed the trade of Tractor Traylor for Dirk.

Fans here have been holding their breath since the Lakers sweep.

Nice to see Dirk, Jet, Kidd, Matrix and the rest get the monkey off their back and take the ring.
