Whoever our official scorer is has been playing baseball games helping him out too. He’s taken errors back and given hits at least 3 times on Forsyth errors too, if not more, this year. It amazes me how bad he is in the field this year. I mean, when you get a glove on the ball, but can’t make the play, it used to be an error or when you throw it away at first, no matter how close a play it was going to be used to be an error. I’ve seen coaches call up to the booth during games before to get an error changed to a hit. I think someone has him on speed dial for Forsyth this year. He could easily have 3-6 more errors than he’s credited with.
