Agreed. Game 2 vs Missouri on Sat. You just had this feeling that USC was going to come back and win it. This feeling had been missing the past few years.
So... Messina at first, French at catch, and Casas at DH.
That's one way to get hotter bats in the lineup.
Although, this lineup is probably more about giving Messina a break from behind the plate without taking him out.
Stone still needs to continue to up his batting. If he does we'll be in good shape.

I think UVA and Weak Florist are for real. Time will tell. Everyone else in EZZ is kinda blah.
Agreed. The pollsters had the season start with 8 ranked. That's like one-third of the top 25 from the ACC. They do that every year. Lol
Little bit of long ball, little bit of smallball, making pitchers throw strikes, content on moving the runners and putting the ball in play. I've been waiting for an offensive all around performance like this for a while. Proud of the guys so far. This is exactly what we need with the schedule we have coming up. Wouldnt hurt my feelings if we treat the rest of this game as bunting practice
Officially off to the best start in school history! One more week and we get to start to really see what the team is made of.
The April schedule is BRUTAL. Everyone needs to stay healthy.
If we can win 9 (or more) of the next 15 SEC games we will be sitting pretty!
