We are sitting here with Rogers having 3 years left. He’s not a guy that is going to be easy to bench. Teammates love him. He’s a worker. He’s everything you could ever want except for one big thing. He doesn’t have the arm necessary. His feet are slow and he just kinda is what he is. We’re sitting here with an all world guy on the bench redshirting. And another hell of a QB coming in next year. Are we willing to watch some of these guys walk?

Open competition. Best man. Will Rogers is where he is because of the system he plays in. He can be accurate and have good timing. But his pocket awareness is lacking. Arm strength lacking. Vision lacking. Robertson as an athlete should be better than Will. He just doesn’t have the time in the offense.
