I don't really get to carve out time for games like I used to, with kids 7, 5 and 3. Can't even catch all of our games any longer (in large part b/c the product hasn't demanded it). But the one request I do make of my wife is to let me have that first Saturday.

Good plan. I love this first weekend even though some of the games will, or should be; blowouts. So far there have been a few surprises. Who had Georgia Tech over Florida State or Western Carolina taking N C State to the fourth quarter? College football is still unpredictable and that’s why I watch every game I can.
