There’s a guy here in town that opened a wing place for about a year. I guess the days of 0.25 wings are gone. But all he has is wings and fries
My thought would be to expand his place to Nashville hot chicken. Same equipment I think, fryers plus it seems trendy

Could work, but drumsticks hard to find as well. We stopped doing chicken and waffles because it is to expensive and not reliable. Took mgrs to wild wing cafe and their wings were skin and bone : kind of like Christmas vacation

What's funny here in NEPA is boneless breasts can be bought at the grocery stores at $1.99 a pound yet they're selling wing bites for a dollar less than bone in wings at bars and restaurants.

They don’t make wing bites out of breasts. Lol. Frozen yuck pieces and parts is what they are.
