I was thinking just the opposite. I have GB fiber and a good quality 4K TV, and my picture jumps around a lot. It’s clear but jumpy. YouTube’s 4K content never does this.

My 6 year old keeps saying the picture is blurry. He says there must be water on the camera.
As an aside, his sister tried to hug him while he was watching intently, so he called a 10 yard holding penalty on her; automatic first down.
