So I just realized or paid attention that we open on Thursday night at Purdue on Sept 1. I do know how I fell about that. Doesn't playing on Thursday nights cheapen the Big 10 brand because the weeknight games are for the lesser leagues? Did we ever open on a Thursday night before or play on a Thursday night? How is Purdue going to be this season? I think we beat them if JF has the teams shiite together by kickoff and we play mistake free football. Thoughts?

Primetime game. A lot of eyes builds the brand.

Nfl has Thursday night games. Doesn't cheapen them.

Road game at night is advantage Purdue.

Purdue loses Bell. No heir apparent yet.

Purdue is the lesser program. The PSU eyeballs will help the viewership. Should seriously consider going to out and playing golf out there the day after the game.

Lost a really good DT and LB as well to the draft.

We beat Wisky on the road with an 11 AM snooze time kickoff. I think we can handle Boiler U on a Thursday night

Hope so. Their QB is a playmaker. Clifford will need to make it happen and the run game will have to score some points.
