Stayed in Red Lodge years ago.. a Friday. Planned on leaving early Saturday to drive to Cody via Beartooth Pass. We could not use that route because the Pass was closed because of a snowstorm during the night. It was in July!!!

I meant to send you an image yesterday from the NWS in Grand Junction showing a high pressure cell over eastern Utah surrounded by an approaching low from the NW and an old low to the SE hanging over the San Juans. The high was seemingly surrounded by low pressure. Very strange.Alta/Snowbird at 6 inches of snow and nuking still on the webcams....
