That's what I thought too, but you'd have thought there'd be some kind of reaction for the tennessee player if it was that bad too. He never even turned that I could see. Gotta wonder how that go ahead double would have played out with him in center. I think he likely would have kept it from getting all the way to the wall.

Lmao everyone who saw it knew it was weak. clemson fans, tennessee fans, and our fans all called it out as such, not to mention every single baseball outlet. If what was said was that bad at all, the tennessee player would have had some sort of reaction and not just kept going back to his dugout like nothing was going on.
Yes, it did. I don't want to see baseball games affected by umpiring decisions like this no matter who is playing. Especially don't want to see it and have it taint a game as good as this one was.

Anything good for Clemson is bad for Carolina, and vice versa.
Clemson had already been warned about taunting. Nobody knows what was said. I’m not saying it was warranted to toss him. I’m just saying if they had already been warned that the next time there’s taunting like that you’re gone, and you do it again, it’s kind of all on you at that point.
