Did anyone watch Oliver Stone’s doc on Showtime last night? He concocted evidence basically saying Dulles was being the assassin because JFK wanted to pull out all troops out of Vietnam. No on cheery picks like that guy

I was two when it happened. Too young to remember. I've always had a bit of a fascination with all that happened. I disagree with your comment. I wrote pretty extensively on the 50th anniversary and the 55th anniversary of JFK's assassination. In addition, I've posted about it a few other times on the anniversary. There are historical events that are commemorated every single day. I look at lists of them most days, and pick and choose from among them what I think is worth a mention. With the exception of July 4th, and the Declaration of Independence, there isn't any event that I post about every single year on its anniversary.

I do appreciate you posting about it, and enjoyed reading many of the responses. It remains the saddest event in US history in my lifetime.
