Alternating bourbon and brandy while the turkey smokes. My 2 boys challenged me to a 2 vs 1 game of soccer and can report I did not dominate.Turkey just came off the smoker.

Cold smoked some homemade Frito Chili Pie sausage and will throw it back on for 30-45 minutes at 250° before serving.

Got the old SRF Tri tip on now. Bringing it up to 120° slowly before searing on the soapstone searing stone.
