Do any of these people look qualified to objectively select the finalists? They look like regular opera attendees.

And just like Saquon would go on to do bigger and brighter things than the running back who was invited to NYC over him, I suspect Warren will go on to do bigger and brighter things in the NFL than at least one of the finalists.
Yup. He’s first round one of the first five picked. Might be 1st pick overall. It’s an insult to him and Penn State not to get invited.

Wait, are you saying that you think Warren is in the mix to go first overall, and if not will be a top 5 pick?

I love Tyler Warren, but would he actually be on any of your ballots if you got a vote? He wouldn't be on mine. Hopefully he wins the Mackey award (Fannin has a pretty good case too, but I think Tyler will win it), and goes onto a successful NFL career.

I agree. he's a great player who may be a better pro prospect than the finalists, but 10 TDs is nowhere near enough to make a case at the heisman. If he was the leader, or at least top 5, in receiving TDs there would be a case, but he's nowhere close. (he's tied for 64th with 6 while the leader has 16, and even with the 4 rushing TDs added he's tied for 10th... without researching if any of those WRs had rushing TDs)

I felt like Ki Jana and Collins cancelled each other out. Blowing out other teams and pulling them early in games didn’t help either.
I don’t disagree but when Salaam won that year everybody should have realized the voting system needed overhauled, or the award was a joke. There’s no way he was the best player in the country.
