U.S. Soccer investigation into women's game finds systemic abuse, misconduct

If half of this is correct someone should be thrown under the jail. I think it's sickening that this problem repeats itself over and over in women's sports.

Many should be thrown in jail. Groping a player over and over in film while they struggle to passively stop the contact is straight up assault.

SafeSport training shot up in popularity a handful of years ago, around when that Dr was found to have groped a bunch of gymnasts at Michigan State, I think. That sort of training is great as a way for others to understand common cues for when they see a relationship that is unhealthy so they can help stop it, but a lot more needs to still be done. A lot more.
