Georgia scored 21 points in second half and did not score field goal for seven minutesYeesh, they say defense travels, but doesn’t appear to have today
Yep. They found it at halftime, thank goodness.Georgia scored 21 points in second half and did not score field goal for seven minutes
Georgia is capable of scoring points. They scored 41 first half points against Alabama and had a 17 point lead. They scored 96 points against Kentucky and scored 80 something points in regulation time against Florida. Georgia is a dangerous team and this is another quality win for South Carolina.Yep. Yeah, they came back from 22 down or something against Florida to make it a game. First half just had the feel of a game where we didn’t have it.Georgia is capable of scoring points. I kept my composure because South Carolina was only to respond back with scoring inside.Yeah, they came back from 22 down or something against Florida to make it a game. First half just had the feel of a game where we didn’t have it.
Have to just chalk it up as a learning experience and a motivator game that was needed to light a fire within this team.Just made the first loss to them even more inexcusable. Ought to be 20-2 right now.
That's right. I jump to the optimum before settling on the actual.Have to just chalk it up as a learning experience and a motivator game that was needed to light a fire within this team.
Blah, blah, blah. Hope you don't live your life looking in the rear view mirror.Just made the first loss to them even more inexcusable. Ought to be 20-2 right now.
Georgia's guards took it to us driving to the rim in the second half of the first game. Put that with a significant number of missed free throws and lay-ups and you have the recipe for a loss. We made the adjustments today. Paris didn't have his guards beat their heads against a wall trying to the guard the Bulldogs in man. The 1-3-1 defense in the second half was the difference maker today. That is how a coach and team grows. You don't look back to cry over the loss. You look back to figure out what adjustments you need to make.Just made the first loss to them even more inexcusable. Ought to be 20-2 right now.
I cry over losses, but with the passage of time, I cry less frequently over particular losses as other even more galling losses occur.Georgia's guards took it to us driving to the rim in the second half of the first game. Only part of it. I learned that by doing a lot of driving on the interstates and other freeways. It's essential. That has other life applications as well.Blah, blah, blah. Hope you don't live your life looking in the rear view mirror.
Should be 21-1. Blew two late leads against UGA and Clem.Just made the first loss to them even more inexcusable. Ought to be 20-2 right now.
Never did understand all the gaga over Dozier. Slow afoot and imprecise when shooting. This team is more balanced than Martin or Folger’s best teams, and Paris is doing it in year 2, amazing. Folger had 3 great guards and mediocre big play. Martin had Thornwell, 2 good bigs, and Dozier off the dribble. But Dozier couldn’t shoot. Thornwell and the bigs carried that team. Paris has a way more balanced team, and by the way, he seems to be recruiting at a higher level. Buckle up, we may have something cooking if we can keep Coach Paris. Clemson looks like they may stumble down the stretch. We could lock down in state recruits and build this program. It looks very promising.
That loss to Georgia made South Carolina refocus on basic fundamentals in their following practices.Have to just chalk it up as a learning experience and a motivator game that was needed to light a fire within this team.
