The University should claim that it cannot afford a lawyer, just to see what court appointed 1st year attorney gets appointed to them.
Okay....very nice....and how will anything change? Not until the incumbent trustees place the best interests of PSU before the personal goals of those in power. With 9 alumni elected trustees i wonder why only one ever questions validity of proposals. I understand Jay kissing up...but it seems all other trustees are more concerned with maintaining their identity and prestige of BOT membership than meaningful quality stewardship for the betterment of PSU. 38 trustees is ridiculous....needs to be streamlined to about 17 who understand what fiduciary responsibility is....and do not play follow the leader and rubber stamp everything.
Spotlight PA believes that all or more than the current number of BoT meetings should be open to the public. PSU disagrees and bars access.

PSU's arrogance is off the charts. They want more state money but they don't want to follow the Sunshine Law or reveal salaries or.....
