Only 2 coaches (Morrison and Holtz) have produced Top 20 teams here. Only one coach (Spurrier) has produced Top 10 teams here. We have had 36 Head Football Coaches in our school's history. 3 out of 36 have produced Top 20 teams here. That's less than 10%. So, what's Spurrier saying that's inaccurate? The fact is that we can't hire any Tom, Dick or Harry to be our Head Football Coach and expect to become nationally relevant.
