It will be interesting to see what ND does nowSo, if the Big 10 somehow gets Notre Dame to join, could the Notre/Dame - USC game become bigger than "THE GAME"??? in the Big 10? One can only hope so...
So will the next TV contractTravel expenses for minor sports will be astronomical
I am all for it. My guess is that this will eventually be the demise of the NCAA as we know it.2024..confirmed. The super-conferences have started...What are everyone's thoughts???

Mega mega mega bucks....the NY tv market, the Chicago tv market and the LA tv market.$$$$$$$$2024..confirmed. The super-conferences have started...What are everyone's thoughts???
I think it’s a great move for all involved.
Can’t say I’m looking forward to more of hearing the USC band play that damn song over and over again, though.
It'll be interesting with all the broadcast platforms reportedly in play. There would a lot of opportunities shift some time slots which I'm sure west coast teams would push for. Kickoffs no later than 9:00PM (maybe 8:30PM) Eastern Time would be a good place to start. Fans in the east could still watch the game without staying up too late and schools in the west would get the increased eastern exposure they've wanted for years. The first 10 pm est. kickoff is going to make this place explode.
Now do ASU.You’re not seeing the whole picture here…
You raise an excellent point, Midnighter. You’re not seeing the whole picture here…

So does the USC/UCLA move to the Big trump the Tx/Ok move to the SEC.
For me living in DFW…..it is a slight advantage for the SEC. Now…..if……as a result…. Notre Dame we’re to jump into the B10….then the pendulum swings to the B10So does the USC/UCLA move to the Big trump the Tx/Ok move to the SEC.

Overall, yes. Straight football? I think SEC did slightly better. That said, both UCLA and USC could be excellent football teams if the Cali kids stay home. Academically the B1G wins easily.
