Congratulations, I hope her first marriage works out better than mine did.

Mine too but I don't regret it because it produced my son. She won't have to worry about that though.

The number one cause of divorce in the United States is marriage.

Always best to get an early start on that first divorce.

I wish I would have had the sense to end it sooner Actually I wish I would have had the sense to not get married in the first place. We didn’t have any children but it would have been better for everybody involved.

I think I did quite well with the second time around. We had our 25th anniversary last month. We didn’t really get to do that much since she had to work and I was still in the hospital but we are happy together and that is all that matters.

I always imagined her and Fred Ross would have a superbaby that would win multiple Heismans at State. Oh well.

Yes. I got my first one over and done at 25 after a long tumultuous 1 1/2 years.
I was a few years younger than you when I was paroled from my first 1 1/2 year sentence. #2 was raising hell about something bat crap crazy #1 had said or done one day. I was years beyond caring anymore. I looked at #2 and told her she should be appreciative of #1. After a slight pause and this look of befuddlement I said “ if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t appreciate you nearly as much” She didn’t know what to say.

I think you mean groom...[/QUO

Possibly

Right.

In same sex marriages, are the two married people both called "husbands" or "wives," or is one a "husband" and the other a "wife?"

If one is the "husband" and the other is the "wife," then how do they decide who is which? I'll bet that would be an interesting conversation.

The bigger question is, does one start holding out once the ring goes on?

Can't think of anything more ironic than 2 women in holy matrimony trying to figure out what each other wants

Well she IS a WNBA player. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Why do you have to say that there is not anything wrong with that. you scared of what the 1.5 % of gays in the world think.

if you think there is nothing wrong with that good that is your opinion mine is different
