For me it HAS to be the run against Auburn. SEC speed they said. Athletes they said. True freshman Singleton says “hold my o’douls”

I'll take Parker Washington's spectacular leaping catch vs. Minny.

Loved Singleton's run vs. Auburn, but game was over. Can't believe a Rutgers play made it in. Singleton's run vs Utah is tops in this grouping for me, but Washington's leap was amazing. Was shocked it wasn't a finalist, frankly.

Plays of the year shouldn’t necessarily be TD’s.

They should also be critical 2nd or 3rd down plays that kept a drive going to ensure a game difference-making TD/FG.

Lee TD vs Purdue. We lose that game season is different and starts off bad.
I'm with ya on this one as well. Think of the mentality if they lose to Purdue -- 'welp, here we go again, another 'Franklin loss'.' '0-1 in conference, season's already over.' Winning that game did a lot to build confidence and was probably the key to beating Auburn two weeks later.

100%. After that game, all I could think about was what the body count would have been if we hadn’t pulled it out.

It would have to be the bomb to kls. That was the nail in the coffin to win the rose bowl.

Clifford throw and Washington catch in the end zone has to be right there as well.

Ill keep beating the drum for Strange as our best offensive player this year. Woefully underrated plays that shifted games(see his block for the #1 option above). Everyone forgets his truly remarkable effort before halftime of that purdue game with no time on the clock. The catch on the back of the rutgers player was the best catch I saw in football this year.

thats my thinking as well.
MaconNitt and I were there and we were both down due to Cliff’s interception for a TD that gave Purdue the lead late in the game and we were thinking here we go again. Cliff surprised us with that magical drive plus I got to yell at the Purdue Victory drum guys from our seats to put it away cause they were going down. They responded with double birds! 😂😂😂😂

Given this crowd, I thought for sure that Beaver beer sales would be leading the vote

Love that there are several that plays qualify-can not say that about 2021! Parker Washington had best catch, Nick had several unbelievable runs including one in which he broke numerous tackles, and the Clifford-Lee play at end of Purdue game (the whole end of game series) was terrific. Kaytron had several highlight runs. Strange had some highlight plays especially early on. Clifford had lots of highlights especially in his last game at Beaver and in Rose Bowl. Abdul had some highlight defensive plays and on and on. in the offseason we had heard about lack of chunk plays and yards after catch-we can improve but did a heck of a job in 2022-Look forward to seeing Nick and Kaytron in year 2!!

To me, Strange's touchdown just before the half at Purdue was one of the biggest plays of the season.

"Here comes Nick Singleton there goes Nick Singleton". It it wasn't for that play the Auburn writer would have had us at 25 instead of 13.

Absolutely loved the Singleton run in the Rose Bowl.

My unsung play was the KLS throwback to Clifford at Auburn. Before that play it was a pretty tight game. That play seemed to take the wind out of the sails of Auburn and the hostile crowd!
