Basketball, that is. I'll be surprised if it ends up looking like this though. No teams within two games of .500 seems unlikely. I've applied tiebreakers in this. I'm sure it will change as more games are played. Mizzou and Ole Miss seem like teams that could rise. I'm not sure anyone in the SEC is going to win 14 league games, so all of those top 6 may be a game or so too high. I think Florida is at best a 9-9 team.

Let's see what they do with Memphis in Oxford. They win that one, then they're a lot better than I thought.

definitely a lower tier sec team...bottom 4 seems about right. but watch Beard bring in talent and develop a winning culture
over the next couple of years. this guy can coach.

I know one thing. I’ll donate to the basketball NIL fund if someone buries their fist in Vescovi’s Tennessee mug.

I take it you're not fond of him. Rather than getting kicked out of the game for punching him, I'd put Cam Matthews on his arse and tell him......don't let Vescovi breathe. Cam is capable of shutting him down to near nothing. Would tell Cam......I don't care if you score a point, get a rebound, or help out another teamate........just don't let Vescovi get ANY shot off. Cam is 6'7" and very athletic. Vescovi is 6'3" and just sits around the 3 pt line waiting to get an assist from one of his homies. Pretty sure Cam would be up or the task.

Thought it would be interesting to see where he has it as of today headed into league play. UT now the predicted outright champ. As expected, Ole Miss has jumped up.

I still think the top of the league has too many wins and the bottom half will win more than predicted.

7 sounds about right. 6 sounds high but who knows. Let's go get double digit league wins and go from there.
