Klubnik was supposed to be a plug-in savior at QB - may take a little more time than expected.

I think he’ll be better than DJ, not as good as Watson or Lawrence. Clemson fans can put to rest the “we’d have beaten SC of Klubnik had played” argument.
clemson fans are still basically complaining the QBs are not as good as Watson/Lawrence. Most fans don't understand how rare it is to have one game changer QB, let alone two in a row. They had two CFB generational talents back to back. I won't say "stick a fork in 'em, they're done." They'll still be "ACC good" and compete for conference championships. They do appear to be in a somewhat downward trajectory.

The best 3 teams Clemson played all year were outside the ACC. You would think at some point, somebody could field a team to compete with them. FSU might be on the right track and hopefully Cristobal at Miami can get something going.
