Until we go " all in" (to borrow a phrase from up north) we can't and won't compete. It doesn't help we're hamstrung by new coaches, but we need stars. We need NIL $ flowing in and getting players that can come in and play. If Sanders can do at the dumpster fire that was CU Buffs, then it can be done here.

Correct, you need a system that allows a less talented team to compete with and beat a more talented team. A run the damn ball scheme is talent on talent and will never work here. this offense Barbay has is Les Miles, Arnett either didn’t do his homework or doesn’t know what he is doing

I think if these year goes as we suspect. We blow it up and use the Prime model or install different system (Veer/RunandShoot/Air Raid) w/different coaches. This is Croom level and it sucks
