So I’m sitting in Panera nursing my Cinnamon Crunch Latte, when a guy walks by wearing a notre dame sweatshirt. I’m wearing a PSU jacket. (No jacket off here. Not yet anyway. 😞). Normally, I feel intense despair wearing anything PSU in public, but upon seeing the dude in the notre dame sweatshirt, I chuckled. Right response?

Laughing is better than the alternatives that come to mind. Next time, hand them a bowl and say ‘since you never win one, thought maybe you’d like to eat from this one’.

I saw a Subaru Impreza in front of a pizza parlor with a license plate holder that said "Blue BanD Alumni" and for some reaon I thought of Bob.

I thought this would be about Micah's post-game press conference from the other night that I posted elsewhere...one of the best I've ever seen (and worth the 5 minutes to watch it). I should tell @Grant Green that if the line falls where I expect it to, ND will be my favorite play in a long time tomorrow night.

Notre Dame is now 0-8 in BCS/New Year’s Six games, marking the most such losses without a win by any program. It has also fallen to 0–10 in its last 10 major bowl games after blowing a 28–7 lead on Saturday.

The program’s last major bowl win? It was in 1994, when it beat Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl.

You know I will gladly tail your CBB plays and never ***** if it loses. Love me a good bounce back spot especially after this kind of rant. I see -4.5 at bookmaker. What is your ceiling?

I played it at 4 a bit ago at DKNJ. If you can find 4, great, but I would have played at 4.5 too. Really good spot for them, as it's really hard to see any way they'll come out flat.

Thats pretty funny. You know Notre Dame has been a playoff team twice and bowl games are only exhibitions right? Penn State has nothing on Notre Dame

the playoffs are exhibitions above the FCS level. Sort of like the NIT in basketball

Or you could have said "I wear Penn State clothes because I went there. You wear Notre Dame clothes because you went to Walmart."
