Other schools moved early to fire assistants during the season. Now that our season is mercifully over, is there any reason we shouldn’t expect some announcements?

The bare minimum is White. That move should have been announced already. If Beamer takes longer than a week to get this done, that’s malpractice.

I have some doubts about Beamer’s ability to identify good assistant talent. We had Lembo last year. Have we had another assistant who was very good under Beamer?

We have what i consider two bad OC's in a row. The DC? We seemed to improve towards the end of the year, but was that enough to salvage the year?

It does seem like we are struggling to fill staff positions well.

You must have a big pair to make changes in this profession and I believe he may have small ones at this time in his coaching career.

I’d like to see White replaced, and I was a supporter of his until this year. The D regressed significantly from his first year.

But if I had to choose one, it would be Teasley. Need to find a good OL coach.
