People have always wondered about the words to “their fight song”, Boomer Sooner.

Well, it’s quite simple actually. Same words, you just increase tempo with the chorus using the same words. It goes a little something like this;

Repeat same with increased tempo

Only Sooner’s fan I know was an ex gf’s. Step father. Great guy. I really enjoyed hanging out and drinking beer with him.

That was until football season and he became a completely unbearable ******* during Sooner games.

I have a lifelong hatred for everything Sooners now.

This is so right on. They have the worst fight song of ANY college football program. And we have plenty that are fully cringe-worthy in the SEC . . . but Oklahoma really is in a league all to themselves. So, welcome!
