Weekly Review of Rankings for 11/13/23

PSU's 1st appearance of the 2023-24 season has taken place, so it's time to resume the weekly review of rankings.

A reminder that: 1) different services treat freshman (RS or True) differently at the beginning of the season, 2) different services rank a differing number of prospects per weight class, and 3) computer generated rankings usually are off a good bit at the beginning of the season. Also, @SetonHallPirate usually doesn't post rankings for a month or so after the start of the season.
