This. We've looooooooooooong said, "take (X) team (usually media darlings) and drop them in the SEC and they struggle to get to 8 wins."

I'm not sure Texas will struggle to get 8 wins, and this isn't your Daddy's OU, their offense is down bad this year mostly due to injury.

Fair enough. Now (not to be ugly, it just came to me) Now do Noodle Lame, Penn State, The Condoms, The Luckeyes, The Wolverines, there's probably a few more. Fl. St comes to mind.
It really is a brutal league now. Week in week out huge games.
Have to wonder what Clemson fans are thinking wanting in the SEC? They don't realize how good they now have it. I bet Dabo does. I have absolutely no doubt that if Clemson was to be invited into the SEC tomorrow, Dabo would announce his retirement before the end of this year.
Over time, those programs will reside way closer to the top of the SEC than the bottom. They don't tolerate the kind of futility that characterizes the comparative rabble.
