they didn't shore up the bullpen, and they didn't get anyone to help drive in runs. and they didn't fire their manager. silver lining is this helps get rid of that maron, though i'd still be surprised if the FO was smart enough to fire him this offseason. they'll probably just fire the hitting coach.

but don't count them out yet. Hudson will pitch tonight, and Philly is making this a bullpen game so maybe the Braves will actually score.
