Well, hell. This list won't do anything but make Ole Miss...

I don't think that violates the spirit of Rule 18, although my avatar isn't a picture of George Patton.

Brent Schaeffer was all over these types of lists 2 years ago. For that matter, I even remember one list that came out before his first year at Ole Miss that listed the Top 100 potential Heisman candidates for the coming season, and I believe he was somewhere around No. 65.

Once he gets to campus and proves he's worth a crap at the D-1 level, I'll believe the hype.

than quarterback. Unless of course your prize running back has a pot / hamburger problem i.e. Dontae Walker. I'm sure your guy will do very well. And the opening post was a definite rule violation.

if it weren't for the pot/hamburger problem. Had some bright moments as a frosh, looked really good as a soph, started to fade as a jr (I think I could have taken a hit better), & really sucked as a sr.

Deandre had about as much of a chance at qualifying as Tig. Of course, now I expect him to be a full qualifier since he signed with USM (not as a result of any sort of conspiracy theory but rather our horrible luck).

but the question is, can he make up for the rest of the team? Nutt had one of the best freshman running backs EVER (actually two of them) and went 4-7. Then proceeded to go 10-2. So he may not make an immediate impact, but he will be good nonetheless.
