Well, looks like reports of a Saturday Egg Bowl next year were premature.

Just saw it's Thanksgiving night again. I figured those reports were probably not right when the SEC release last week didn't list a date for the Egg Bowl.

I'm a fan. We have very few "cool" things that are known nationally as a program. Keeping Thanksgiving locked down as our annual rivalry game is pretty cool.

I'm just resigned to the fact it's going to be Thursday for a long time. ESPN doesn't want to go against the NFL in that time slot with a big game, so they'll keep putting our game there.
