That's about as monosyllabic as I can make it.

Still hoping to see more offense. Alot of walks we get but seem to miss clutch hitting so far, LOB etc.We had a bad day. Still saw some good things at the plate as far as what some of the guys tried to do but Belmont's pitching today had our number and we didn't look particularly well in the field. It happens. Not too concerned.
I have hopes our hitting will improve. I didnt get to see every at bat yesterday but I did see a couple of guys, one being Casas choking up after two strikes... the kind of stuff we were seeing last year. That probably gives me more hope than anything in that area. That said, I also saw a few called third strikes from some guys but that's not all that hard a fix.Still hoping to see more offense. Hoping a couple of the guys get going. We will be playing the big boys soon.
Your post history I've enjoyed on baseball. You seem to know a little about the technical stuff. What do see with Tippett our SS. I hope he gets going. Not trying to "call him out". We just need solid numbers from.I have hopes our hitting will improve. As each year goes by distancing myself from the game, I feel the need for a refresher course badly. lolYour post history I've enjoyed on baseball. You seem to know a little about the technical stuff. Good call on wondering about him. Looks like he's got a timing issue... letting the ball get too deep, starting his swing a little late and trying to muscle it making him look stiff imo... and that goes for both sides of the plate being a switch hitter. I mean his hands and all look ok. On the positive he does choke up after two strikes. But there again he waits too late and tries to muscle it through it when he should be just putting the bat out there for contact. If it were me, trying to fix it, I'd probably start by telling him to think 'inside' every pitch. Perhaps that would start his swing a little earlier and go from there. He's definitely got some work to do.Your post history I've enjoyed on baseball. You seem to know a little about the technical stuff. What do see with Tippett our SS. I hope he gets going. Or words that say more with less..." There is no such things as big words, There are only words you know, and words you don't"![]()
