We slaughtered Ole Miss by running the QB, how could Gunter be that stupid to roll out that offensive plan. They sucked.

but what was so puzzling is why okla. st. didn't run the option more than they did. When they did run it, they had some success. I honestly felt like I was watching a croom coached team. Outside of the jump pass they did, gundy had me asking myself WTF? I don't think their offensive staff watched any game film on the rebels.

he honestly looked like Jevan Snead or some other pro style qb trying to run the option, he never gave it a chance to work and basically strung it out himself and stopped it himself. I know our Liberty bowl gave was a stinker to watch but that has got to be the worse bowl game I have tried to watch in a long time. I know the Reb's have another sweet schedule next year but they better find some players and do it quickly or they are going to struggle.

I agree with you on Okie State, and they ran the wrong option too.

The zone read is the play out of the spread that's given us fits all year. They ran a lot of straight options and nothing like what MSU ran out of the spread. I know they have some zone read in their offense, but I saw very little of it.

I was expecting them to give us more zone read to see if we could stop it. Our defense has been great this year with the exception of stopping the zone read and in general misdirection running out of the spread. Okie State didn't challenge us a whole lot with that, and they tried to throw it too much out of the spread. I thought they'd run it a lot more, but they didn't.

It's easier to respect assignments when you're only worried about half of the option. Totally different than what you guys ran.

they aren't gonig to allow that. Yet Gundy tried to do that on I think 7 of 8 plays inside the 5. I thought it was a mistake when Mullen did it too, and we finally scored when we went option inside the 5. Andre Ware even commented on it.

One of my OM friends said to me that McCluster played great but the defense should be the MVPs. I couldn't stop laughing. They played well but come on. OK State's offense played terrible. Sometimes you can attribute that to great defense, but yesterday it was just more of a case of sloppy offense.

The DLinemen are very good for sure. Not sure how we whipped them like we did.

You didn't exactly whip our D-line. You neutralized them by making them have to play assignments, and they failed miserably. It was actually more the fault of our LBs and DBs that we didn't stop your zone read.
