That's awesome. I live in his hometown of New Braunfels, TX. He graduated a year before my oldest daughter, I believe. His being called up will surprise no one around here who watched him playing ball through the years. I wish him the best!
Congrats to him! That cancelled 2020 season is a huge what if.
I saw him play in Memphis recently. Didn’t realize he moved to the OF. He was hitting lasers all over the field.
Yeah. I feel like pitching staff could have taken us to Omaha. MacLeod, Riley Self & Spencer Price were pitching well. Bednar, Sims and Harding could round out a weekend.
They'll use him in the infield, he's been playing 3B, SS, and 2B. Ironically he'll probably cut into Frazier's playing time. Although they could move Frazier to playing more OF

Yeah, I think the thought is that this could move Frazier to the bench.
Edited to add: Yep, Frazier is out of the lineup today and Westburg is at 2b.
