What is the current scholarship roster size with Cephus plus the remaining 2023 class?

Ford makes 87. As soon as graduation happens, expect some to go then.
Looking for clarification. If anyone enters the portal now, they won't be able to transfer until December window opens, correct?
Exception being grad transfers. Anybody who files a grievance and wins.

that was my understanding. Unless a grad transfer you now cannot enter the transfer database until the next window. That would mean anyone on the team either stays on the team or moves on without a football team in the fall. maybe there are team members who are graduating and moving out without football at least for this fall. Not sure what a grievance would be to get around that. if a person had a grievance hey would have entered into the database already.
The portal is closed for all except grad transfers. Those in portal now can transfer. Others can’t enter until it opens again.
4 of the 87 are Covid scholarships that don't count towards the limit. So after Cephas is counted it looks like we'll be at 84 that count towards the 85.
I was told above that I was incorrect so I may be wrong. I believe that was the case last year but it may have changed. Either way it appears Cephus is ours which is great news. The rest will sort it's way out like it always does so no worries.
Assuming today's tweet means he passed his spring at Kent and got his credits accepted at Dear Old State. Right?
