I think they look ridiculous but I also see them on women in public. Not only do they look bad, they look fake. Like wearing a bad toupee.
I don't like anything fake on women. What's wrong with natural??? Nothing fake about any of the Virginia Tech players that I can tell....

This is the fad for the young ladies today. Remember back when boys and men let their hair grow to their waist back in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. This is the fad for the young people this day and time. Part of the way society is.
Maybe like wearing our socks to our knees in the 80's? I see woman at work with the long lashes. I don't see any white women at work with the long lashes but see some on the court.

There you go. Didn't want to say anything, but you hit on it. It's cutural and a little generational. Most of the people that post on this board won't get it and they are not supposed to. It's like asking why so many guys that play basketball twist their hair up. Well, this is what my 19 year old son told me when I asked. .....Because I can.
