Nobody cares what these people say, it does not change anything, and the less attention paid to them, the better.
All you proved is that he was thinking wrong, which is the same thing I already said.
I'm saying Florida ST should be in, they won out and won their conference. Y'all are saying the committee got it right by being the best teams. So by your coutulations how is Florida ST ahead of Georgia?
I actually was thinking the same thing during the show, that honestly UGA is a better team than FSU also. But at the end of the day no one cares after the top 4 lol.
I think the seeding for UGA and FSU was pure showmanship. The committee knew that FSU not making it would be a huge story - so they had to seed FSU at 5 for the reveal.
But really, UGA should have been higher. Not sure how Texas jumped up so much
Or they simply put them ahead of UGA based on winning a conference championship. UGA had to be 6th by default for being the only conference runner-up.
That's why I don't get the point of even having a bcs ranking after the conference championships. I mean they are going to pick whoever they want in the top four anyway. And for that matter, the bowls are gonna pick whoever they want so really nobody is using the bcs. Plus it makes no sense to have a final ranking where not everyone is participating.
He erred, not accounting for the diminution of the team, which had to be taken into account in this circumstance.
Who knows. I can believe this though, if we would have done exactly what Bama did, win the SEC with one loss, FSU would have been in and us out.
