2025 Season Ticket Renewals Begin Now!

Thank you for your continued commitment to Mississippi State Football and support of our student-athletes. Your presence at Davis Wade Stadium has created one of college football’s most electric atmospheres and gives us an advantage every home Saturday in the fall. It’s no secret that State fans and their cowbells are the reason that Starkville is such a special place for SEC football.

As you’ve hopefully already seen, a major upgrade is coming to Davis Wade Stadium for the 2025 season with a state-of-the-art LED lighting system. In case you missed Tuesday’s big announcement, you can read more about it right here.

Fresh off the excitement of that announcement and the momentum around our highly rated recruiting classes which rank Top 10 and Top 15 for the transfer portal and Top 25 for high school and junior college, we are excited to let you know that season ticket renewals for the upcoming Mississippi State Football season are now available.

Your support, year after year, is a very personal commitment which we don’t take for granted. Your contributions are the foundation that keep Mississippi State Athletics traditions strong and ensure a bright future to come.

We all recognize that college sports are undergoing massive changes, and that is especially true in football. Innovative, data-driven revenue growth is going to be critical to the sustainability and competitiveness of every athletics department. An in-depth analysis of season ticket pricing in the SEC and among other Power Four schools shows that, for decades, our ticket prices have been significantly under the market rate and that Mississippi State Athletics has been well short of our peers in revenue generation. Prioritizing cost-effectiveness and affordability for State fans while rising to meet the many challenges of the changing college athletics landscape – including anticipated revenue sharing for student-athletes and rising operational costs – is a central focus for us.

As we continue to gear up for the 2025 campaign, we wanted to share some important information on the season ticket renewal process and how we plan to stay competitive:

Following our detailed review, prices for football season-ticket packages and Bulldog Club per-seat contribution requirements in various sections of Davis Wade Stadium will be adjusted to keep us at pace with our peers.

• We recognize budget is important to many of those who support us, so seats in our most affordable sections of the stadium will cost less than $40 per game. It’s our hope that there is a ticket entry-level for every fan who wants to attend State games and cheer for our players.

• New for 2025, Bulldog Club seating contributions will now be included in your ticket renewal process to create an easier one-stop process for securing your seats for next season.

It is vital we keep up with our peers across the SEC. Fifteen of 16 SEC schools are expected to increase their football season tickets for 2025 – those dollars have a direct impact on our ability to compete on the field. Our ticket growth helps keep State football competitive in college sports’ toughest conference, while ensuring the highest value with average prices that continue to be in the lower third of the SEC. Our commitment to you is to strategically invest our resources, to be creative and relentless in our pursuit and retention of talent and to make sure that your game-day experience at Davis Wade Stadium is always evolving to meet and exceed your expectations.

More information regarding the new pricing structure, important renewal dates and deadlines, and your renewal invoice can be found below.

Again, thank you for your continued support, loyalty and unwavering passion for Mississippi State Football.

Hail State!

I get it, but I haven’t bought season tickets for myself in about 8 years, and stuff like this sure as hell isn’t gonna entice me to come back.

I did the math, and my old seats would be $4400 now. I just finally put in a pool last Fall, and it’ll be dang near an annual cost savings vs getting tickets to watch us win 3 games

Will the LED lights improve our recruiting / portaling / NIL? I see the talk about keeping up with the SEC, but .... raising ticket prices coming off a exhilarating 2 win non conference/0 win in conference year just doesn't seem intelligent?

It seems ridiculous to raise prices after the Shiite show that was last season, BUT…..

We can’t expect to compete in todays world without spending more money

But if you lose a bunch of season ticket holders, the increase will have the reverse effect.

I've had season tickets for over 25 years and at this point and the ONLY reason I keep renewing them is so I can keep my parking pass because my group has tailgated in that lot for years. If it weren't for that, I would drop the renewal and just buy tickets to the games from 3rd party resellers. There are always tickets available (no sellouts in years) and for most games the after market price is less per ticket than the total cost of a season ticket + the required BDC donation.

If you can buy equivalent tickets to all home games off SeatGeak for less than the cost of buying season tickets, then you're charging too much for your product. It just doesn't make fiscal sense to buy season tickets.

"It is vital we keep up with our peers across the SEC."

Let me preface this by saying I've been a season ticket holder for many many years now. And yeah, after this past year where our greatest joy came from watching our in-state rival miss the CFP, there's little to no motivation for me to continue to pour money, time and emotions towards a product that hasn't delivered. You can't point fingers at me and say I'm the problem either. Selmon/Lebby/Arnett did this and it's time someone with real fire and determination to win show me something of substance before I give another dime to this outfit.

I'm tired of seeing endless hype videos of players on jumbo screens only to watch them get torched or pancaked on the field. What we're being sold on the screen isn't the return on investment we expect.

And I'm sorry, but adding LED lights isn't going to make little Johnny DB break up more passes or Billy QB toss more touchdowns.

If this training wheels athletic department is looking for more ways to incentivize fan apathy, I'm not sure what I could offer by way of improvement. This bunch is doing a masterful job of keeping a lid on excitement.

If our football team is not as good as the rest of the SEC, and its mostly or completely(depending on your opinion of the coaches) because of our NIL money, how do you expect to catch up without upping our NIL?

I don't disagree, but more importantly we need better people running things in the athletic dept. and football program. Without that, more money won't make that much difference. The price increase won't have anything to do with why I don't buy tickets and probably won't even go to 1 game.

I had a friend the last 2 seasons that bought 1 season ticket in the upper realms of the East side (cheapest seat in the stadium) and they sold him a parking pass to go with it. There was no Bulldog Club seat fee for those tickets either but not sure about that this year. He bought it for the exact reason you mention, to just tailgate

He must have a long history of given that has his ranking high.

I buy 4 tickets with BC donation. I'm just over 50% in the upper half of the BC and I'm told I don't rank high enough to have the option to buy football parking.

Yeah. I'll buy season tickets this year. It's my kids senior year and we tailgate. Also I'm sure some opponents will buy two of my tickets. But anyways, you're right.

State never sells all their inventory in the bleachers. And those seats are typically cheaper on SeatGeek. Often I wonder too, how many of those seats on SeatGeek were unsold tickets that the school put on there.

We stopped buying season tickets after 2022 and haven’t missed it. I’ve gone to some games the last two years but not being tied down to season tickets is a little freeing.

Let me take this opportunity to say too.... asking fans to give more in the face of being uncompetitive for years in our conference WITHOUT making one single improvement to that stadium in years, is insulting.

I get that the revenue sharing cost has Mississippi State concerned from a financial standpoint. But if you want to make more money offer us something..... like chairbacks. Reduce concessions or more vendors walking the isles at games. Something.

What really needs to be done, is just quit being so damn cheap and renovate that stadium while nobody is showing up. Bulldoze that west side and build back with luxury seating that you can charge more for.

But nope.... just offer their *** a bleacher and a cheap ***, weathered and broken stadium seat if they need a chairback. Half those damn black stadium chairs are broken.

I'm surprised, I'm only somewhere in the top 45% (and have not been a huge donor by any means) or so and until last year had my pick of where I wanted. I guess construction has cut down on the number of places they have because I did get moved from my old one because of construction twice. They lost spaces where they are building the Duffs new building, lost some because of the remodel at the old beef building, (Balew), that whole lot behind Dorman is full of construction materials too so they lost it

And those stadium seats take away a good 2-3 inches of legroom - A big nope for those of us of above average height.

Where does this increase put us in the SEC? 15th behind Vandy? Seems like it should go up more.
