What's the max amount of "probation" from the NCAA you are willing to accept for a football national championship?

Whatever the max probation is, I would take it and run with it.

I'm more concerned with Elf on a Shelf watching over me than the modern day NCAA. Give me all the probation if we can have a football title
Think I'll sit this one out. The last time I did it, I promised to never bitchandmoan about anything Mississippi Sports related ever again if we actually won the NC in baseball. I didn't think any consequence would make me regret it even a little. We saw where that got us, I couldn't even enjoy it for one damn year. I'm 100% certain the football gods will do the same thing the baseball gods did, except with more wrath and destruction because we haven't 'earned' it in football. Who knows what treachery, disappointment, and punishment they could come up with.
We asked that same question once about baseball. Then me and probably70% of the board got pissed off not making post season for two seasons. It is easy to say but not so easy to take.
Next time an 8 figure donation is considered by a filthy rich alum, here is the pitch:
"Have you considered donating that to the "Mississippi State [Insert rich alum's last name here] Football Team"?
