3 turnovers so far in the game barely into the 2nd quarter with Duke. Looking toward a 1-6 start if things don't turn around.

Welcome to college football today. With half or more of the team changing hands every season, its going to be like a "box of choc-o-lots," you never know what the piece is going to be like on the inside. This is what all of those of you that said "pay the players what they deserve", this is what you deserve

they invested 1 million dollars in dju and norvell/boosters couldnt admit they made a 1 million dollar mistake so they played him until the wheels came off
What do otherwise good coaches continue to see in that guy? He's awful.

Would you take Manny Diaz as HC knowing that he’s likely gone in 2 years if he sees any sort of success here?

Wow, they just said this was Duke’s first win ever over FSU. How is that 17ing possible?

I've felt all season that FSU players are shaving points. Some of it almost has to be on purpose. They're too good to be that bad.
They would not shock me but this BS of NIL and transfer portal has to have some very sharp restrictions and regulations around it.
NIL and the transfers may not be the entire reason that it took FSU 23 years to finally lose to Duke but those things and some really bad coaching sure played a part.

Yeah this season has been terrible… vandy has beat Bama and va tech, everyone is beating Florida st… army, navy, Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, SMU, Iowa state are all in the top 25.

I know the portal is a disaster right now but i enjoy the parity in college football this season.

Ummm….they went 13-0 last year and then got skull dragged in some no-name bowl game. Nobody wants to be a part of that. Getting left out of the playoffs last year crippled that program for many years to come.

Reslly? They lost their QB who played a big part in the record. Getting left out of a 4 team playoff then having a 12 team playoff would have no effect. They, like us, lost most of their starters from last year. Their program is far from crippled long term.

It's not going to be parity, it's going to be whoever has the most money will buy the best team.

That doesn't seem to be the case this year, football is more than money, in a one game/one season basis

Now, what IS true....you'll have to pay a minimum amount to be 'in the game'. After that, many things can happen.

College sports is like shooting craps in Vegas. The guy with the most money on the table has the best chances and the most potential to win. The guy betting $5 on the COME line will occasionally win but is never going to get rich. Every season is going to be like a different shooter rolling the dice, some years you are going to crap out on the third roll

I guess we played in a no-name bowl game after the 2014 season.
