The correct answer is never. With advances in hair regrowth Iowa needs to fix the bald spots and buy Ben a new head of hair if that’s what he really wants.

Yeah, I'm cool with whatever he wants. He can have dreadlocks or a man bun and can look like he's coming from a Jamaican reggae concert; all is fine of he keeps the wins coming!
