That's fair but I'm not trying to avoid competition. We aren't going to get as lucky as last year.
Too early to tell. Right now the defenses are having their way. See if the offenses can make adjustments.
Of course it's too early to tell ... but I'm telling based on my preseason assessments. I don't think OSU or UT have it. One or both may prove me wrong. Then again, I'm not sure which, if any, squads have *it* this year, other than PSU. I'm sure some team or teams will step up.
Why not avoid a team we have the hardest time beating if possible? It’s about winning a championship, not trying to prove something.
Because I love big games. Beating SMU and Boise State is nice but I like being tested.

I get what you're saying. You're not wrong. If we can have ran SMU, Boise State, Notre Dama and ASU to a title last year I would have taken it but I'd rather play high profile games--it's just better for the viewer.

If they don’t make the playoffs…losing to Texas, us, and Michigan in the regular season…which is what the discussion was about.
Yeah I don’t see much point in worrying about how the conference looks now. 0-1 losses, we’re definitely in the playoff. Even 2 losses, we’re very likely in. More than 2 losses, I don’t think we deserve to be in. So I’m gonna root for whoever I feel like.
