Who besides me thinks Tennessee wins going away tonight?

They have struggled with the jump shot at times this year. The only way they win if they can control the tempo and turn it into a physical game.

they were missing their two best players for half the year.

Healthy, they are a damn dangerous team. Ask Oklahoma.

and Palacios. Both missed 11 games, I think. 1/3 of the season. If they are healthy all year, Louisville is an easy 2 seed. I think they lost to Cincinnati and Seton Hall during that stretch they were out.

Speaking of frontline talent, Derrek Caracter let it be known today that he's taking his 8.5/4.5 to the NBA. Good timing Derrek.

it was BYU, Dayton and Purdue. They lost 3 of 5 in that stretch.

And UT lives and dies by the jump shot. L'ville's inside game will dominate. And they've shot 56 and 59% in their 2 tourney games.

I think Tenn. has a little more, but only a little. Pitino is better than Pearl, but I think Tennessee wins a close one.

My brackets are already destroyed, so that's not a factor for me.

And those numbers were put up against Boise and Oklahoma - two bad teams. Granted you don't think defense when you think of Bruce Pearl and Tennessee, but they won't shoot those kind of numbers against the Vols.
